TPEC understands that in some emergency situations, bringing the necessary items can be difficult. When possible, it is advised that you bring the following to the Emergency Department:

• Medicare Card
• Private Health Insurance Card
• Pension Card (if relevant)
• Healthcare Card (if relevant)
• DVA Card (if relevant)
• Correspondence from GP or other Health Care Professional which maybe relevant
• Current medications
